THE CHEF

TOM TSAPPIS WAS CLASSICALLY TRAINED AT LEITHS SCHOOL OF FOOD AND WINE, WHERE HE WAS NAMED WINE STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2018 AND ALSO ACHIEVED THE HIGHEST EXAM MARK IN THE SCHOOL.

AFTER LEAVING LEITHS, TOM SPENT TIME IN MICHELIN STARRED RESTAURANTS INCLUDING AQUAVIT IN LONDON AND MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN IN LEEDS.

ELIA IS HIS FIRST SOLO PROJECT.
